Terms and Conditions

Effective date: January 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any requests you make through it to USD Holding LLC (“USD Holding,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website or submitting a request (including a quote/estimate request), you agree to these Terms.

1) Website purpose (no professional advice)

This website provides general information about remodeling and finishing services and a way to contact us. Information on this site is not legal, engineering, or financial advice and should not be relied on as such.

2) Estimates and proposals

Any estimate provided via email, phone, or website contact form is a non-binding approximation unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written proposal or contract. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, material selections, scope changes, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the work.

3) Scheduling and access

Start dates and completion timelines are estimates and depend on material availability, change requests, inspections, weather (if applicable), and jobsite readiness. The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area (including utilities as needed) and for keeping pets/children away from work zones for safety.

4) Changes to scope (“Change Orders”)

If you request changes after work begins (materials, layout, added tasks, removals, etc.), the scope, price, and timeline may change. Changes should be confirmed in writing (email/text) before the changed work proceeds.

5) Materials and selections

Material availability, color/finish variation, and manufacturer changes can occur. If a selected material becomes unavailable, an alternative of similar quality/price may be предложен (offered) with your approval.

6) Site conditions and hidden issues

Remodeling work may reveal hidden conditions (for example: water damage, mold-like conditions, structural concerns, old wiring, plumbing issues, or uneven surfaces). If such conditions are discovered, work may pause until the issue is evaluated and you approve a plan (and any additional cost/time) to address it.

7) Permits and code compliance

If permits or inspections are required, responsibilities (who pulls permits, inspection scheduling, and related fees) must be clarified in the written proposal/contract for the project. Work will be performed in a professional manner, but exact code obligations and permitting requirements vary by municipality.

8) Payments

Payment terms (deposit, progress payments, final payment timing, accepted payment methods, and any late payment terms) will be defined in the written proposal/contract for each project. Unless stated otherwise in writing, all approved work and materials are payable as agreed.

9) Warranties and workmanship

Any workmanship warranty (if offered) will be defined in the written proposal/contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials (flooring, fixtures, paint, tile, etc.) are provided by the manufacturer, not by this website.

10) Photos and portfolio use

If you share photos with us (including through the contact form), you confirm you have the right to share them. Unless you object in writing, project photos taken by us may be used for portfolio/marketing purposes in a way that avoids sharing sensitive personal information (such as full addresses) where reasonable.

11) Limitation of liability (website)

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The website is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.

12) Third‑party links and services

This website may include links or embedded content from third parties. We are not responsible for third‑party websites, tools, or their privacy practices.

13) Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to this website if it is used in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or that interferes with the site’s operation.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
